How are credits counted?
One credit is one second of film in one format. Each extra format adds 50 % and a voice-over adds 25 %, rounded up. A 15-second Feature Clip in one format costs 15 credits, a 30-second Launch Film in 16:9 and 9:16 costs 45, and a 60-second Product Tour in two formats with a voice-over costs 113.
What does the free preview include?
Your brand kit from your website — logo, colours, fonts and screenshots — and, with a free account, as many storyboards as you like. Credits are only used when you start a film.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits carry over for one month: credits from this month can still be used next month. Pack credits are valid for 12 months. We always spend the credits that expire first.
Plan or packs?
A plan is cheaper per credit, and films on Pro and Studio are produced first. Packs suit occasional films and work with or without a plan. You can combine both.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime, in your account. An upgrade starts right away with the new plan's credits; a downgrade applies from your next renewal. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay usable until they expire.
What do extra revision rounds cost?
Every film includes one or two rounds of changes, depending on the type. Each extra round costs 5 credits.
Who handles payment and invoices?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who also issues your invoices. Prices include VAT. See our refund policy for refunds.
